Using StaffTraveler eSim

I have a new phone

If your phone gets lost or you upgrade to a new device, we'll transfer your data from your old phone to your new one. Follow these simple steps to bring your data along to your new phone.

Download the StaffTraveler eSIM app

Download the StaffTraveler eSIM app on your new phone and log back into your original account.

Add a new plan

Tap the "Choose your plan " button on the Home tab. Choose the $0.99 Intro plan.

Add a new eSIM

After choosing the $0.99 Intro plan, click "Buy for $0.99," then click "Add New +" to install an eSIM on your new device.

Name the eSIM and tap "Next". Continue with the Purchase flow.

Contact support

Contact our support via WhatsApp or the support button in the app and request a data transfer from your old eSIM to your new one.
