When you arrive at your destination, you'll need to enable your eSIM so that your phone uses the StaffTraveler data network.

Enabling the StaffTraveler eSIM is very easy.

Using an eSIM on Android can be a bit tricky as some mobile device manufacturers use different user interfaces so that the wording might be a little different on your phone.

  • Go to Settings then Connections or Network & internet, depending on your phone model.
  • Tap on SIMs or SIM card manager.
  • You will see a list of SIMs on your phone, including the StaffTravel eSIM.
  • To turn the eSIM on or off, toggle the switch next to it. You may need to confirm your choice by tapping Activate or Deactivate.
  • You can also change the preferred SIM for mobile data, calls, and messages by tapping Preferred SIM or Primary SIM and selecting the eSIM or the physical SIM.
  • Now back to Connections or Network & internet
  • Select Mobile Networks
  • Enable Data Roaming
