When you arrive at your destination, you'll need to enable your eSIM so that your phone uses the StaffTraveler data network. You can follow the simple steps below to activate your eSIM. If you need any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
Go to Settings, then Connections or Network & Internet, depending on your phone model
Tap on SIMs or SIM card manager
You will see a list of SIMs on your phone, including the StaffTravel eSIM
To turn the eSIM on or off, toggle the switch next to it. You may need to confirm your choice by tapping Activate or Deactivate
You can also change the preferred SIM for mobile data, calls, and messages by tapping Preferred SIM or Primary SIM and selecting either the eSIM or the physical SIM
Now back to Connections or Network & Internet
Select Mobile Networks
Enable Data Roaming
