Using StaffTraveler eSim
How to turn your eSIM on or off (iOS)
Updated 3 days ago
When you arrive at your destination, you'll need to enable your eSIM so that your phone uses the StaffTraveler data network.
Enabling the StaffTraveler eSIM is very easy.
On your iPhone:
Navigate to Settings
Tap Mobile Service
Select the StaffTraveler eSIM
Turn on this line
Note: The StaffTraveler eSIM might have a different name (it could be business, personal etc). It should be the last one on the list.
To change the name simply tap it and select 'Mobile Plan Label' and change the name to StaffTraveler for future easy reference.

If this is the first time using the StaffTraveler eSIM, press back and then select the StaffTraveler eSIM again and ensure Roaming is enabled.
Back in Mobile Service, select Mobile Data at the top of the page and then select the StaffTraveler eSIM. Make sure to disable 'Allow Mobile Data Switching'.
You're all set!
If you set your default Voice Line to your normal SIM card, you'll make calls through your normal sim card, but all data will go through the StaffTraveler eSIM.
When you arrive back home, simply do the following:
Navigate to Settings
Tap Mobile Service
Set Mobile data back to your normal SIM card
All data will now go through your normal SIM card again. To save battery, you can also disable your StaffTraveler eSIM.
Select the StaffTraveler eSIM
Disable the toggle switch
