If your phone is carrier-locked, you will not be able to install the StaffTraveler eSIM. Carrier-locked devices can only use SIM cards provided by the carrier that locked the phone. 

Here are some steps you can take:

  1. Contact your carrier to inquire about unlocking your phone. Many carriers will unlock your device if you meet certain criteria, such as completing your contract or paying off the device. Note that there may be a charge for this service.
  2. Ensure your device is eSIM compatible. You can find a list of compatible devices here.
  3. If unlocking your current device is not an option, consider using an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device. Alternatively, you can use another unlocked device with eSIM capability as a hotspot.
