For your Internet to work abroad, make sure these settings are set correctly:
- Click on "Settings" > "Connections" > "SIM Manager". Is your StaffTraveler eSIM enabled?
- Click on "Settings" > "Connections" > "SIM Manager". Is "Mobile Data" set on your StaffTraveler eSIM?
- Click on "Settings" > "Connections" > "Mobile Networks". Is "Data Roaming" turned on?
If everything is set correctly, please follow these steps (while your StaffTraveler eSIM is enabled):
- Click on "Settings" > "Connections" > "Mobile Networks".
- Click "Access Point Names".
- Click "Add" and please update these Settings:
Name: StaffTraveler
APN: wbdata - Click the 3 dots on the top right corner and click "Save".
- Restart your device and try again.
