For your Internet to work abroad, make sure these settings are set correctly:

  1. Click on "Settings" > "Connections" > "SIM Manager". Is your StaffTraveler eSIM enabled?
  2. Click on "Settings" > "Connections" > "SIM Manager". Is "Mobile Data" set on your StaffTraveler eSIM?
  3. Click on "Settings" > "Connections" > "Mobile Networks". Is "Data Roaming" turned on?

 

If everything is set correctly, please follow these steps (while your StaffTraveler eSIM is enabled):

  1. Click on "Settings" > "Connections" > "Mobile Networks".
  2. Click "Access Point Names".
  3. Click "Add" and please update these Settings:
    Name: StaffTraveler
    APN: wbdata
  4. Click the 3 dots on the top right corner and click "Save".
  5. Restart your device and try again.
