Most of us live in countries where cellular reception is very good. Sadly, this is not the case everywhere else in the world. As we use other network operators, we depend on their network infrastructure, but we always strive to give you the best connection possible.
Sometimes it works just to turn airplane mode on for a minute and then off again. This makes the phone seek out the best connection for you. You can always contact support if the connection is not as good as it should be, and we'll be more than happy to help and see how we can improve it for you!
If your internet is unstable abroad, we recommend to check these options:
- Is there a general problem with the network you are connected to?
- Do other people next to you also experience the same issue?
- Are you moving around a lot, or are you in the same place?
- Are you in a secluded area or a big city?
Specifically regarding Sinai in Egypt, please note that the general network reception is sometimes not stable, so we can't promise the best reception in some of the areas (it varies according to the networks operating in Sinai.
