We always strive to provide you with the best possible connection, but we depend on network operators around the globe.
When experiencing a slow internet speed, it may work to turn airplane mode on for a minute and then off again. This makes the phone seek out the best connection for you.
Contact support if the connection is not as good as it should be, and we'll be more than happy to help and see how we can improve it for you!
If your internet is unstable abroad, we recommend checking these options:
Is there a general problem with the network you are connected to?
Do other people next to you also experience the same issue?
Are you moving around a lot, or are you in the same place?
Are you in a secluded area or a big city?
Specifically regarding Sinai in Egypt, please note that the general network reception is sometimes unstable, so we can't promise the best reception in some areas (it varies according to the networks operating in Sinai).
