For your Internet to work abroad, make sure these settings are set correctly:

  1. Click on "Settings" > "Cellular". Is your StaffTraveler eSIM enabled??
  2. Click on "Settings" > "Cellular". Is "Data Roaming" turned on?

If everything is set correctly, please follow these steps (while your StaffTraveler eSIM is enabled):

  1. Click on "Settings" > "Cellular" and choose your eSIM. 
  2. Click on "Cellular Data Network".
  3. Next to APN, it should say "wbdata", if it's not there, please add this APN. 
  4. Restart your device and try again.
