For your Internet to work abroad, make sure these settings are set correctly:
- Click on "Settings" > "Cellular". Is your StaffTraveler eSIM enabled??
- Click on "Settings" > "Cellular". Is "Data Roaming" turned on?
If everything is set correctly, please follow these steps (while your StaffTraveler eSIM is enabled):
- Click on "Settings" > "Cellular" and choose your eSIM.
- Click on "Cellular Data Network".
- Next to APN, it should say "wbdata", if it's not there, please add this APN.
- Restart your device and try again.
