You should be ready to go once you have purchased your first plan and installed your eSIM.
To verify that you are eSIM works on iOS:
- Click "Settings" > "Mobile Data" or "Cellular".
- Turn on your StaffTraveler eSIM by toggling the switch at "Turn On This Line".
- Turn on the toggle behind "Data Roaming" on your StaffTraveler eSIM.
- Turn off your Wi-Fi.
- Click "Mobile Data" or "Cellular".
- Select StaffTraveler eSIM.
- De-select "Allow Mobile Data Switching".
- Try to use the internet. Note that the initial synchronization might take a few minutes.
To verify that you are eSIM works on Android:
- Click on "Settings" > "Mobile Data or Cellular".
- Tap "Mobile Data" or "Cellular".
- Activate your eSIM.
- Turn on "Data Roaming".
- Return to the page "Cellular" > "Mobile Data" or "Cellular".
- Make sure you select your eSIM.
- Turn off "Allow Cellular Data Exchange".
- Turn your Wi-Fi off and try to use the internet by turning on "Mobile Data" or "Cellular". Note that the initial synchronization might take a few minutes.
