Support for 5G / 4G / LTE depends on many factors. 

Firstly, the difference might be in your location. Secondly, it might depend on the capability of the local telecommunications provider. 

We strive to give you the best connection available. Most of the time, this will be 5G/4G, but in some more far-flung destinations, this might be LTE or 3G.
