I have a new phone, or my old phone is lost

Unfortunately, transferring the eSIM from one phone to another is not possible, but we do have a way to transfer your remaining data.

Download the StaffTraveler eSIM app on your new phone and log back into your original account.

Then, buy a new intro plan for $0.99, make sure to deselect the top-up option, this will create a new eSIM with 100MB on your new device.

Install the new eSIM.

Finally, contact our support through WhatsApp or the support button in the app and ask for the data to be moved from your old eSIM to your new one.

You should be all set!
